    For the Social Dinner on Wednesday 31 August, places are available for purchase to delegates and guests. The number of seats at an additional cost is limited and should be reserved during the registration process.

    Payment Proof

    Proforma Invoice

    A pro forma invoice can be download at personal area but first is required fill some data.

    • Choose a Fee
    • Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)
    After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.
    Note: If advance invoicing is required for payment of your registration, please ensure that you have selected the fee and added your institution's invoicing information (payment menu), and send an email to secretariado@spq.pt.

    Cancellation and Refund

    • For any cancellation received until 5 August, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR)
    • For any cancellation received after 5 August, no refund will be made
    • All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant
    • Any request for refund must be addressed to euchems2022@chemistry.pt
    • Refunds will be handled after the Conference
